6.16 I was just informed today that my Dad's checking account with Bank of America was charged over $400 this past week by Y R Benefits and he has no idea who this is not do I known them. He may have to close his account since he has been scammed before by other entities unknown. I've never heard of this company and we need to take action to recover the money. My Dad is 87 and coping with severe memory loss and so he does not remember anything about such a transaction taken "over the phone"... We need help!
