As per to Channel4 advertisement to choose this option for slimming I choose to get the 14 trial basis and I never was told that it is automatic charges after this trial period. However looking at my account I have been charged £69.95 on 14/05 and I have tried ringing them - UK customer service with no luck. Plus the fact they have taken the money I have not even received the goods. This a con and I am going to the complaints department soon to see what can be done.
