This was to help me get money to get wife back to states they said he needed fees for documentation and other fees When he found out that I needed more money he said he would give it to me if I give him $ 2200, again for various fees When I talked to bank manager that is when she let me know that this was a fraud. Would not release money to me bcause they can not be a party to a fraud
