I ordered shoes online from ann-shes. Paid through Paypal but used my Mastercard. No communication about shipping confirmation. Emailed them, no response. Wanted to call, but while they list hours you can call, they don't give you a phone number. Yesterday I received a tiny little package from China (with a delivery tracking #) which included a disposable plastic shower cap like hotels give you. Looked online and apparently the company has a habit of doing this. I did notify Paypal to establish a case. I also called Citibank. Thankfully since I used my credit card, they are giving me a credit and pursuing the vendor. Criminals sure can be creative!
