Decided to check my bank statements and noticed £10.00 a month had been taken out of my Visa account since December by Completesave. I really should have noticed this earlier!!! I obtained their telephone number and spoke
to a lady (Sanji) she informed me I had signed up when reserving a room through Premier Inn. I explained I had not knowingly done this and I asked for
a refund. Sanji told me I would receive one and gave me a cancellation ref 32826271 but this would take up to 10 days. I will now see if they are true to their word.
