We ordered a prom dress from this company and paid $29.99 extra to guarantee to get the dress by April 15th. We didn't receive it until April 25th.By that time, I had filed a dispute with my credit card company and told Micwell not to send the dress, it was too late. My credit card company then issued a TEMPORARY refund, pending their investigation. Long story short, when we got the dress, we ended up keeping it. I then called my credit card company and told them that we kept the dress, so they reversed the refund and put the charge back on my credit card. I have proven this to Micwell, but they refuse to refund my $29.99, saying that I haven't paid for the dress. There is much more to the story, such as the fact that they don't answer e-mails and don't even have a phone number to call. I wrote a review on a website named ResellerRatings.com and there were about 30 other stories there just like mine. This "company" is nothing but a scam.
