On 12-26 i purchased a 2005 nissan maxima from Antwerpen security nissan about 64,900 miles, on 12-30-11 nissan consumer sent me a survey on my purchase i complaint about a noise Rattling under the hood when i took it to the dealer i still hear it, i dont believe they fixed it i was not satisfied i also said the techs seem like they dont what there doing i still hear the noise, i also complaint to my sales person Damon he told me to take it in service that they are suppose to fix it, my sales person and the sales manager John Madden saw me come in and out the dealer two or more times a month complaining about the rattling problems under the hood that service cant seem to be able to fix, but i guess that was all they could do once they sold me the car, every month starting jan, feb, march april i been complaining about the ongoing problems i was having same rattling nosie that i keep beening told it was a exaust clamp, coming 2 to 3 times a month complaining, nobody step up to say i notice you just purchase this vehicle sorry about any problems how can we help you, on 4-28-12 i went in again to dealer complaining of same rattling noise, they told me that the nosie was not coming from exhaust clamp it s the engine timing chain that i have to pay $ 2300.00 to fix it i told them they was responsible for the fee that was the same problem i complain a bout for 4 months they told me to contact nissan consumer when i ask for service manager he did nothing but gave me consumer # i put a complaint in they investigate told me to go back to dealer talk to general manger David Antwerpen they should good faith fix the car 5-7-12 i went to his office explain everything, he cut me off and said i will pay $2300.00 to fix your car and $ 100 towing i will send tow to pick up car 9:30am next morning he did not show i called him he said i changed my mind he said i will pay $1800.00 to fix car and pay towing and that, i have to pay $500.00 i told him i am not paying i should not be responsible for the problem i address for 4 months he said call me when you get $ 500.00 hung up, i called him they kept saying hes gone to the clarksville dealership we dont know when hes coming back, i went down there to dealership hes in his office so i have a complaint in with BBB, State Attorney General, 4 months later, Neal Phillips sent me a email thru Dealerrater he never identified his title or position with antwerpen security, he said he talked to David Antwerpen asking what could he do for me, i thanked him for reaching out to me and i ask could he fix my car ASAP, the car has been sitting for a Month and because of an ongoing problems with vehicle that they should absorb the $2300.00. Now as i look at all my reciepts from my visit to dealer evey month they wrote different problems the car had, oil pan gasket leak, oil cooler seal leak, tire rods needed, battery, they only fixed catal conveter, 2 sensors a month after having the vechicle. All the other problems and engine timing chain come on. It dont look like anybody fully check that car before selling it, that car was a perfumed pig, i only had the car for 4 months with all those problem and they arent trying to fix engine timing chain which they know was a problem begining of purchase, not to mention the also they said i need 2 front tire it should not be possibly to sell a car only for those short months with all those major problems, neal phillps has not contact me back yet since he contact me and ask what could he do for me, im hoping to hear from him i am glad he reached out to me
