Jeff decker came to clean my chimney for a price of $155 and while he was there i saw him put a dead bird in my chimney and then pull it out acting as if it was already in there

Decker put a dead bird in my chimney while he was cleaning it to charge me more money. He also talked for over 10 min about how he used to be a navy seal. What Jeff decker did not realize is that my son truely is a navy seal and was about to confront this mans lies but i stopped my son. This is a compulsive lier of a person and should not be allowed to be in any persons house
