I went to look at my online bank records and there was a hold on $26.95 from Moneybookers London. I had never even heard of them before so I immediately called my bank and they saw that the charge was made the day before at 5:34 pm Pacific time with my visa check card. I was in a class at that time and I knew I had not made any purchases myself online so my bank had to cancel my checkcard and I still had possession of it. I have to file a report with my bank and when charges post will have to request for the money to be returned.
