He is known to pull his trucks over and dump the contents of his trucks into storm drains.
He is a real animal.
He sold his Cesspool Company, Windriver Environmental just a few years back to Earth Care in Deer Park, N. Y, Now Clear Brook.
So he started a new Cesspool Company and used a name similar to Clear Brook in the hopes of confusing the customer into thinking he's the reputable company. So be careful when choosing which Company you call.
