My 98 year old Grandfather has often times been sent products he did not order. I few weeks ago we received a call alleging we ordered books I questioned the person then made it very clear we did not order books do not sent us anything and were not aware of any order placed as such dont solicit us with this any further. We received 2-3 calls once again made it very clear with the foreign voiced person on the other end of line. I went a step further and requested there location and the name of company details if at any point we receive products we did not order. Well although I made it clear we arent aware of any orders for books as such please dont contact us. I called the number kept being shifted around when inquiring about details of this order that we clearly did not order, person kept shifting around to depts. Would not answer questions in a professional manner. Avoided direct questions " Im sure they have some sort of scammy 3rd party representing this company which enables any person from taking any responsible resolve " with your money out of pocket and I investigated the normal charge for the books we allegedly ordered cost $29.95 our charge
