CANADA's weather during winters can go down to -20 and more for month. It requires warm clothing and warming food and heated housing. Joram j. KAMINER did not care for the fathered children and did not pay. He was taken to maintenance childsupport court and judgement was against him to pay up all outstanding moneye of support for the said children and to pay monthly. Joram j. KAMINER was always holding a well paid position as ENGINEER.
He run away to U.S. A where the courts had difficulties to sue him due to his judgement being from Canada.
