I purchased over the telephone on Saturday, 05/19, the Yoshiblue non-stick pan, which was for 19.99 plus s&h. The s&h would be 7.99, it stated on the recording, which totals 27.98. So why did I get a debit card charge for 35.97, a difference of another 7.99? After seeing all these scam complaints here, I'm wondering if I'm going to receive my purchased product at all, which is schedduled at the latest to be 07/03, or 6 weeks later? If I don't, I will submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and take it from there. I'm going to cancel this debit card and request a new one as well.
