I got a text message on my phone from #19493749205 Dear Walmart shopper your purchase last month won a $1000 Gift Card Click here to claim: www.vCardSecure.com The same message came to my e-mail address yesterday and when I tried to claim it it was bogus and said I would be entered to qualify to win a 1000 gift card and offered me a gift basket of savings instead but I would have to spend first so I did not proceed and submit it. Definately illegal.
