Quoted $1.00 but Charged $39.95

I was told it would only be $1.00 for it then when I got into it they wanted $39.95 and then I cancelled it because I don't think it's worth it and I didn't have the money at the time and they took the money out and I don't think it's right they should put it back asap I really need that money for my son
