I signed up to get a program and the program never worked. I also had to get a web site to host it because they said my computer couldn't do it, it had to be run from the web. The program designer and the web programer were told it wasn't working and i wanted a refund, all in under 24 hrs, i e-mailed them 5 -6 times about the problems and the refund, and they keep hitting my bank for money, and now the mortgage check bounced! And still they never refunded my money
