I ordered my free sample of DermaPure and gave my credit card details. Visa didn't feel the web site was secure so they stopped/canceled my card immediately. DermaPure emailed me to tell me they could not get their money from the card I supplied so I responded to their email requesting they call me. I have called them numerous times and get either a busy signal or the phone rings continuously and nobody answers it. I have also emailed them numerous times with no response. It is a shame because their product works and I have seen a visible difference in just 10 days and would have ordered more. Thank goodness I found out in time and am not out any money.
