I ordered 2 pairs of slippers. After 2 weeks, it was still listed as processing and customer service email bounced back. I created a case with paypal and was provided a tracking number. When it came, it was a shower cap from a hotel in china. I called paypal becuase I couldn't open another case and i was given a refund. (Inappropriate Content Removed) because I wanted my slippers!
