They received my information from an online application that I submitted for another company. I called WHC and spoke with "Ruth" who advised that she was transerring me to someone that could explain my account in further detail—she hung up on me. I am disputing the charges with my bank PNC and I am hoping I receive the provisional credit that banks offer whenever there is a dispute becuase that was a LOT of money.
