I was lured with an introductory offer for only $1.95 shipping and handling fee for a sample beauty skin product. I was to keep the product but I never agreed
to receive any monthly product. It was a trial offer. If I was satisfied with the product I had the option of ordering at my own pace.instead DermaPure using
the name orderorganicsurge.com charged my m/c for $164.85. Upon getting a
second jar I was surprised when the internet address given to return item and ask for refund, the page is nowhere to be found in the internet. It is a scam. Their phone number shown is 1-888-589-3380 no one answers or is busy. This statement says in a motnth they will again send me a jar and of course it is not for free but I haven't agreed nor accepted to be charged as such. Their address is Customer Service IFS, 4340 W Chandler Blvd suite 5, Chandler, AZ 85226. Now, I don't know how to to be refunded for these charges. Please help. Thanks, Sonia Lugo
