Dale Critzer has been holding my last check from me for over a month now. He told me he has to hold it because of charge backs. I never once signed one document saying that once I quit he has to hold my last check for 120 days. Last week I received a call from him and he told me..." California's big but it's not that big". I took that as a threat. I asked him several times what that means and he said..."You will see". Now I'm on edge. Today 5/16 he said he is still going to hold it. I have everything documented via text message from him. He told me that my commission is a bonus.in other words he is saying it is a privileged? This guy is a contractor for a cable provider in the Bay Area. His company name is Elite Marketing Group LTD. Look out for this guy. He is the biggest rip off out there and he enjoys it a little too much. He needs to be stopped.
