I checked my bank account and there was an unauthorized charge from this company. I called them on 5/12 and they said they couldn't pull up any information on me so they were sending my information to a supervisor. He never called. And then I called back 5/14 and 5/15 and got a machine so I left a message. I tried to send an email to the fundedsupport team and it kept telling me my email address was wrong. (which i've had for 10 years) I'm about to stop payment with my bank but I have a feeling I'll never get my money back.
