I didn't actually lose a dollar, just a minute from my prepaid cell to read the message I received. The message is as follows:
Congratulations you have just won a $1000 Walmart Gift Card. Click here to claim your gift.
Www.MyWmartLink.com (QUIT2end)

I'm sure it's some sort of scam and decided to report it as others have.
