Still under warranty LCD TV, has to be shipped or taken in to store. I cannot do it physically at this time

Thank you for having the tech pick up my broken tv. However, I do not agree with their decision. I live alone. I have no children. The lady said that the tech said it was an "orange juice" substance in the tv. When I told her I live alone with my kitty, she then came up with the conclusion that my cat had urinated on it!!! REALLY??? Have you ever smelled old cat urine. NO ONE would confuse that smell with orange juice. I give up. You all win. I am buying a new Toshiba today after I check their reputation online. I have updated my review and support ticket on here.
