Very bad service. I ordered their 100 article submission service and it was a mess. Their customer portal is severely plagued with technical errors. I get spammed by my own messages that I post to customer service to resolve the errors. It's impossible to reach anyone by phone. The people that respond reply back in broken English, so it's probably outsourced to India or China. They did not give me a "unique" account even though that's what I paid for. I got many 404 errors on their submissions. They also released private information about one of their customers to me, so I'm assuming that my info may have also been compromised. Stay away from this company!!!
