Ripoff Deadbeat Customer, Fails to pay for services rendered!

David Stinson, contacted us to come and rekey his home, which is located at: Lumbardy Ave.in New Market, TN. Entering into a legal contract of which the subject is responsible for paying A-Action Lock & Safe, Co. For the Trip Charge of our vehicle. We sent a service truck to his location only to find that he would not answer the door or his phone, please note that the front door was open and the TV was on, so someone was home. Our truck had arrived at the appointed time. He had not contacted our office to cancel our truck, therefore he still owes us for a "Trip Charge".

Our office contacted him the next day and inquired as to why he failed to answer the door, he stated "Go to Hell, and I'm not paying you".

He was contacted by registered mail and notified that he owes us for the Trip Charge. He failed to respond and was turned over for collection and this has been placed against his credit.

We are currently working on filing charges against him for "Theft of Service's" in the State of Tennessee.
