Howard Marcus is a rip off. Don't do business with him. He is not honest! He will lie to you to get you to do business with you. You cant trust him!!! Don't allow him to sell you his sales pitches and let him rip you off like he ripped me off!!! Hes a great con artist!!! Stay far far away from him and his sales tactics.
