Not sure how to categorize this except fraud. Here is my complaint sent directly to happybiday -
"I want to express my profound outrage at HBD for the erratic handling of my last auction - constant hangups, "PAUSE" notations, and after I did my very best to figure it all out, awarding a win to someone while the PAUSE was frozen on my screen - nothing I could do could get through. This process is flat out FRAUDULENT and SHAME ON YOU FOR CHEATING, yes CHEATING, CHEATING, CHEATING, CHEATING MYSELF AND EVERYONE else involved in this auction. I pay for my bids and am near taking legal action due to your incompetent handling of this auction - and this is by no means the first time this craziness has occurred on your site."
This site is becoming famous for simply freezing in place, and when it unfreezes, even for an auction that has lasted for hours, bidders find that during the freeze, someone has just then miraculously "won". This has occurred repeatedly during the last few months that I have been a participant of this site, and clearly constitutes a fraud against innocent clients.
