The prices on the website change on a daily basis. The amount for the item is 61.95 – 40.00 = 21.95.18.99 4.86 (service and handling charges) gives you the total of 45.80. When I told you the price last time I was mistaken. Also I am not able to give the owners personal email out.

Also, it will be sent to the BBB, along with my complaint and the pictures that prove your website made mistakes today. I see that you have had plenty of complaints. Also, please note that my account has been charged $45.80. You came back to me with the final charge being $43.40. So there is another mistake. Check your website right now. The flowers are listed at $41.95, thus I am still being overcharged in the first place.

My order receipt:

$61.95 $18.99 $4.86 = $85.80
Less $40.00 coupon
= $45.80

I have no idea where the $43.40 price came from. Someone will have to explain that one to me but I appreciate the discount.

I can cancel this order although I would like to let you know of the refund policy. All service fees and handling charges are non refundable. Also on orders that are cancelled before the requested delivery date or on orders placed accidentally they are subject to a 30 % cancellation fee. So on this order I will be refunding 15.37.

In the span of 30 minutes the price on my order changed 3 times. Order number: 01397041

At first I ordered this for $21.95, the standard. I wanted to spend as close to my coupon as possible and I was aware of the service charge beforehand. When I went to the checkout page and filled in everything, the order had changed to premium. I went back and started all over again, chose the standard, filled everything out and the same thing happened. That is when I first called. She explained to me that the charge was $45.80 and that it takes time to post the coupon (or something along those lines.)

I then checked my bank account to make sure I was indeed charged the $5.80 after my coupon was used. I was charged $45.80 and called a second time. She looked it over and said I should have been charged $43-something.

While on the phone with her, I went back to the home page, chose Mother’s Day and looked up the same item. It then read $61.95. I then returned to my account, where it did say $45.80 while on the phone with her. I closed the browser and went to your site again, while on the phone with her, and the price had changed again. This time it was $41.95.

This makes no sense to me, but I am glad I used my Screen Capture to get this confirmed. If I had known any of this was going to happen, I would have captured a picture of the very first time I ordered.

I did not have the time today to mess with more than just placing the order. I was going to take 5 minutes to get this done. Needless to say, this is very frustrating.

$45.80 charged on my bank card
$43.80 is what the operator (second one) told me I should have been charged.
