Sent supposed winning numbers for drawing of 11/26... Did not win... She sent me a copy of her money order for the donation to the red cross in Iowa number 19280149378 for $38 dated 10/8... And an invoice for $38 for the winning numbers... Which I paid... The numbers never won, I requested a refund on 1/28. No reply as of yet! Been had!
