A few days before Christmas, I purchased Epil Stop and Spray roll on at a local Pharmacy. I was hoping to improve my appearance for the holidays. I had finally decided to remove the hair on my face after several years of contemplation. I followed the directions completely and after the recommended time elapsed, I removed the product and second by second, could feel the chemical burns forming across my upper lip. I was left with a straight line of painful burns across my face which lasted almost two weeks.
On top of that, my hair grew back within hours. Imagine my embarassment having to entertain guest and greet family and friends during the holiday season. I am very dissapointed in this product and would never recommend it to anyone. Something should be done about this company's false, misleading advertising practices. I want my money back!!! M.
