Purchased a truck from this dealership on Feb 4th. I bought a 2000 Chevy Tahoe limited, out the door was 15000. Before I put a down payment of 2000 cash I mentioned to the manager that the tranny sounded bad. I came back two days later to buy the truck. The manager told me they had a new transmission installed. The very next day the truck breaks down. Transmission problems. Called the manager, he had it towed to his backyard mechanic and had it for over two weeks. When I pick it up he tells me he installed a new tranny. So this is the second transmission they supposedly installed in the truck. The very next day it breaks down again, it's the transmission. So he had it towed to his trusty mechanic and kept it for over two weeks.By this time I figured I bought a lemon. I find a lawyer to take this case. The owner by the name of Jose AKA Mark for some reason lied about his name being Jose. Jose and the lawyer agreed upon me dropping the truck off and Jose giving me my 2000 down payment back. He never followed through. Now he is upset that I attained a lawyer to help me resolve my issue.By this time the monthly car note is due and I felt that I should not have to pay the monthly note for that month. He did not feel the same way, he came to my house with his own key he had for my truck started it up and drove off. All my paperwork on the truck along with the down payment recipts, tools, mail and personal belongings were gone. Got a hold of him and he said i could pick my things up from his repo guy in Van Nuys. I finally meet up with his so called repo guy who then charged me 100.00 to get my jacket and a few tools. The rest of the stuff in my car is gone. He now says that I have to pay him the balance on the truck or he is going to sell it and sue me for the deficiency and put it on my credit report. Im an honest hard working guy, all I wanted was a truck that I could use for work.instead i got an over priced truck that i got to drive twice, robbed for 2000 dollars and a neg on my credit report.
