Excedrin Recall

I returned my recalled Excedrin products on January 13, and as of today, April 17 I have yet to receive a refund. They stated paperwork from Novartis stated 4 -6 weeks for refund. I have made many phone calls and sent emails, with no return of my refund. I as a consumer am entitled to my refund. Please help!
