I complained about the order form, and able to check the order before was sent the EZEyes. Basicially the problem arised when I checked the order, I was going to receive 2 deals not the 1 deal with an extra FREE keyboardthat they advertised on TV. I phoned EZEyes to find out the situation They said that the keyboards had been sent the previous day. They said that I would receive the 2 packages within the next few days, which I did receive. The gentleman who was on the phone for EZEyes said that they were going to credit the overcharge back to me. And that I could keep the extra keyboards.
I haven't checked my credit card if I had been given the refund.
I don't know if your efforts helped me with the problem, but the gentleman
seemed to know about the problem, and he told me about the settlement, but he said I would be getting a refund of $50.85.
