I have just spoken to this company and complained, first they tried to fob me off with more products and small part refund. I asked to speak to supervisor and told her what i thought of this scam! I am disabled and have very little money to live on and i, m disgusted by these vultures. Ring 08081787320 sameand insist on speaking to a supervisor, they try very hard to wriggle out of refunds. But insist! Cancel all future orders at same time. Good luck
