I clicked on google for information on coachfactory and this website popper up. I am normally very vigilant but I guess this got the better of me. I paid for 4 bags and they charged my credit card and I never got any email for tracking and or any time for delivery. Now I realized I have been scammed. What kind of store would have e mail address with gmail.com; had they mention that in the beginning I would never have fall for it. Hope this is the first and last as well. The site looks real but there is no description of the bags the size and then if one ever scroll to the end there is also a link to Louis Vuitton, I wonder how anyone and or coach and or Louis Vuitton has not catch up with them yet. Maybe because they operated in China because that's where the charge is coming from when I contact my credit card company. There is no telephone number and or any address, absoultely zelch.
