Against my better judgment, after reading their advertisement about not having to pay cable bills again for TV reception, I ordered their antenna. I am on a limited income and was tired of paying so much for cable. Upon receipt and following their installation instructions, it did not work as advertised. I returned it and requested a full refund plus the postage they charged, $38.00 $9.95. I expected to "eat" the postage it cost me to return it $3.65. They credited my Mastercard for $38 only. Considering the thousands and thousands of consumers like me, pocketing $9.95 for each order returned is a nice tidey profit.in total, I had to "eat" $13.60 in postage. That would have bought a very nice steak for dinner.
