Was sent 18 bottles and used only 1 but not complete. Said to send back have to pay ups charges and haveto get authroiaztion number and has to be back by them by 10 days after receivind authorization. The box weighs 24 lbs and we are senior citiznes and lliving on fixed income. Ups man had to bring it in because he said i cant lift (Personal Information Removed) Francine
