I talked to robin tucker on feb 6 i agree to try it an they took $3.99 out of my account robin told me if i looked it over an decided that i didnt want to do it jus login an go to canceal my membership an the shopping part of it that was gonna cost me $49.95 a month an push canceal i did just what she said to do. I ask how i would no that it cancealed an she said if the $49.95 was taken out of my account by march 6 are 7 that i done it right. But apparently they waited till march 19 to withdraw my money i am a single parent raisen 3 kids an that put me in a very big bind i called on march 19 an no one would let me talk to someone that could speak better english. Im gonna contact the better business beaur an the attorney general. I can not afford the position they have put me in. I need my money redeposited into my account asap
