These offer a service to do back ground Check. When you go to in for investigation they will prompt you for more money with out giving you an answer

I when to this site to do a back ground check. I payed 24.90 for a one time use. When I clicked on a window to look at the report, the site requested I pay and additional charge of 2.29 with a monthly payment of 19.95. Great then when I tried to do the back ground check it prompts for additional payment. Still will no information being given to the user.
