I ordered the watch, which took more than a month to arrive. As soon as I unwrapped the watch I could see it was very poor quality. I contacted Pepper at customer service, who advised I would get a full refund (less 9% "merchant fee") when the watch arrived at the address she specified in China. I paid a further $30 to post the watch on 6th Sept, and am still waiting for the refund. Despite innumerable emails to Pepper, the last reply from her was Sept 12, advising the refund was being processed.
