The person ([email protected]) responded to an advert we (a childrens' charity) placed on boatsandoutboards.com and tried to buy our boat, claiming he was working offshore and would be arranging an agent to collect it. He then asked for our help to pay the agent fees of £450 because they would only accept western union payment which he could not do offshore.
