An advertisement for finding eligibility for non-payable grants was given for the sum of $2.97 to start. There was no mention of a subscription or monthly charge of $57.61 to follow. I noticed this charge but failed to follow it up in February thinking it was a one-time deal. I was charged fees on my account 2/7,2/9 and 3/6 respectively. The charges are made through CCBill.com as a go-between agency. The company telephone is based in Arizona.
