We ordered the free trial with a handling charge and 3 weeks later there is 146. Charge on our debit card. They said there was a clause that if you did not cancel within 21 days there would be a charge. We missed the fine print. First the people we spoke to did not speak English well. After we got through the launguage barriers we finally got 100.00 refund. The product did not work.
