About two weeks ago, I saw the advertisements for EZ Eyes with the free mouse and an addition keyboard and mouse FREE.
I went on line and inout my data and my credit card information; then, I saw that they were going to invoice me for $101.70. So, I cancelled, or at least i thought I had cancelled.
Today, I received an Email saying that my order had been shipped.
I immediately, contacted my credit card company; and, they provided me with the
phone number for EZ Eyes 1-888-811-2933.
I spoke with a young lady that seemed less than surprised tohear my complaint; and, she suggested that I just mark on the package "Refused" and my credit card would not be charged.
I am disappointed, especiaslly since I intended to give the second unit to a friend that has poor eyesight as a result of macular degeneration.
