First of all, my buddy are in Strongsville, OH on business and went in to your restaurant Sunday 2/26, spent $126.00 and the service was EXCELLENT so we tipped $30.00! So, Monday we returned to watch the race and have a few drinks and eat. Again. What a difference! We literally had to stand up and wave to get service throughout our visit.informed Bill the mgr. And he apologised and brought us another round of drinks. We finished them and were ready to go for 15 minutes before Gil the bartender brought us our $84.60 check. I left $85.00 in cash on the table. Before we left we stopped to once again to tell Bill why we left no tip. Gil came running to the door and said that we did not pay our bill. We went back to the table with them where I said that I wanted to see the video tape! After a short time he returned and apologised, that we had in fact did pay the bill and they were wrong. Apology NOT accepted! We travel all over and used to enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings. We will never return again. Furthermore, we will tell everyone of our experince!
