City Of Tallahassee - Your Own Utilities fraudulent billing by unaudited city leaving old and sick in blackout capitol theft, one mother of four billed $1,100! Tallahassee Florida

If the city of Tallahassee does not order a complete audit, of Tallahassee-Your Own Utilities, Florida's nickname will change from the Sunshine State to the Blackout State. This municipality has overbilled and extorted money from a 240,000 poulation town for 12 years with no complete audit to cover up city services added to the electric under threat of "Pay all or lose all, "disconnected service.

Disbaled Vets, senior citizens and heart patients suffer in heat and cold with disconnected service because the attorney general Charlie Crist considers it politically incorrect to investigate the city when he hopes to run for Governor when Jeb Bush leaves office.

One mother of four was billed $1,100 with no way to raise such funds but the fact is this city firm is shelling out money to the Fire Dept, Police Dept, Parks and Recreation etc and adding all handouts to utility account because the threat of disconnected service is the best way to force collections.

Tallahassee is on the verge of bankruptcy because over half of the lathe office buildings are free loading govt agents who pay nothing and the average citzien only earns minimu wage, and the major commerce is University students.

The city was about 1 billion in the red this summer and I predict they will go bankrupt from mismangement because there is no audit and under the law a municipality is not supposed to cut off utilities because they are responsible for the health and social welfare of the citizens but they ignore the law of municipalities and disconnect service every day.

Many heartby pass patines are at great risk and gov Bush continues to lure seniors here knowing the small pensions of World War Two etc wil not cover the nations highest utilities and one cannot live safely without utilities.

Please advise what Tallahassee citizens can do to end this nightmare hardship no govt official except Commission Bill Proctor will touch. He asked for an audit and was turned down, but I am a 77 year old WW 11 widow denied medical care to meet the huge electric bills even though I use a minimun service and never had any bill half this hight at Tampa or Miami etc.

Warn citizens coming to Tallahassee to come at their own risk unless they are wealthy, I am praying for a one ticket out of the blackout state. Willow, WW 11 USAF widow
