Called out of blue and offered to lower credit card rates

They called a cell phone. Pretending to be with bank of America. They had all of our personal info. Said they were going to lower our credit card rates and save us between $3,000-$5,000. They charged $895 to our credit card and sent us info. The info they sent had a fake phone #. Then, we got a call that someone charged $5,000 of dog food to one of our cards. This is a total scam... Do not fall for it.
