I ordered a sample for $5.00NZ in January and received it later that month. It does not work and affects my skin badly. I cannot contact them via the internet to tell them this and get a refund. I did not sign up to receive any more. When I got my credit card bill I find I have bee charged $93.87Nz on 31/01 and $92.21Nz on 17/02.
I have not received any product and have since contacted the bank and cancelled my card. What is the next step for all of us that have been Conned?
