I ordered the free trail Ithought it was a good deal, also never saw
any terms and conditions. The took the firs payment in January then they took £51 pounds without my consent. As a pensioner I watch my money carefully and I would not have agreed to pay £51 for cream. Iam totaly upset at losing all that my. Isent an email and the have at this moment in time refused to give me my refund. P.S. They sent no return address to me and no instrutions how to apply the cream. Ilive in hope the will refund the I have blocked my bank account. I think it is really shameful of this company.
